2and 3 to consider the petitioner representations for issue of original certificate of Notification and Connovation certificate of the petitioner Ph.D. and pass orders” 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3-Dravidian University would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by earlier orders of this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021, dated 15.11.2023.

The operative portion of the said order, read as under: “In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/University to complete the process as resolved by the Executive Council of the respondent No.2/University in respect of scholars admitted prior to 11.07. to 11.07.2009, also, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order”.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021 to this order.
