(b) To direct the respondent authorities to initiate penal action against the 5th and 6threspondents under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act and IPC for furnishing false particulars/information to avail the benefits and schemes which are meant for 13PL families, (c) To du ect the respondent authorities to recover all the benefits that are illegally availed by the 5th and 6threspondents, including an amount of Rs.1,40,000/- which was received by the 6th respondent for reimbursement of Tuition fees for studying Engineering 2013- 17,and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take action against the 5th and 6threspondentsby considering the complaints of the petitioner dated 16.12.2019,(A.2020 and 20.09.2021, pending disposal of the writ petition, and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to vacate the interim direction passed in W.P.No.11391 of 2013 dated 02.5.2023 and dismiss the Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 3 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to take out a fresh personal notice to the unofficial respondents and pass 3 Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
