HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.
SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.3200 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/A-3, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.20 of 2023 of R.C.
Puram Police Station, Tirupati district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with 34 IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that A1 was suspecting that his villager namely Sompalli Purushotham, younger brother of deceased Sompalli Nagaraju and younger son of the complainant S.
Jayaramaiah were having adulterous affair with his wife and bore grudge against the family members of S.
Jayaramaiah.
While so, on 01.04.2023, at about 03.00 pm, the deceased S.
Nagaraju left his house in his i-20 car informing his parents that he was going to talk with the family of accused through his friend Gopinath Reddy (A3) to settle the issue.
It is alleged that all the accused killed the deceased may be by strangulation or suffocation or some other manner prior to 12.05 am on 02.04.2023 and all the accused laid the dead body of the deceased in his front seat of i-20 car and doused huge quantity of 2 petrol on the dead body as well as on the said car and set it on fire by lighting matchsticks.

Perused the record.

On a perusal of the material on record goes to show that there are serious allegations against the petitioner herein and other accused.
This is a case of criminal conspiracy, abetment and brutal murder and concealing of evidence.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is not completed and some more accused are yet to be arrested and if the petitioner herein is granted bail, there is every possibility of his tampering with the evidence and meddling with investigation.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ K.
