Challenging the Judgment of the Court below dated 04.04.2023, granting specific performance of agreement of sale deed, the unsuccessful defendants filed the present Appeal.

Now, they have come up with two applications, one is to permit the defendant No.2/appellant No.2 to represent the appellant No.1, who is no other than his mother and another is with regard to the terms of compromise.

I.A.No.3 of 2023 is allowed.

Today, appellant No.2 and the respondent/plaintiff represented by the GPA holder are present.

They stick on to the terms and conditions mentioned in the terms of compromise.

Having heard both sides, this Court is of the view that the compromise sought to be entered is lawful.

Considering the same, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.
