HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.
RAGHUNANDAN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11091 of 2023 ORDER: The petitioner had approached this Court with the grievance that her old age pension had been stopped without any notice to her.

Sri Harish Kumar Rasineni, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 5, on instructions, submits that the payment of old age pension to the petitioner has been resumed and all the arrears payable to her have also been cleared.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrears of the petitioner have been cleared and pension is being paid to her.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ R.
