Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the application/representation dated 16.02.2023 for mutation of his name in the revenue records with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents, out of Ac.105 cents in Sy.Nos.992, 989, 988, 987, 986, 985, 993, 943, 973, 972 & 971 situated in Kaligiri Village, Kaligiri Mandal, of SPSR Nellore District has not been considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, upon receiving the written instructions from the 4th respondent 2 dated 01.05.2023 submits that, the petitioner application bearing No.MUT230327005400 dated 27.03.2023 has been considered and rejected for the subject land in an extent of Ac.5.00 acres in Sy.Nos.992, 989, 988, 987, 986, 985, 993, 943, 973, 972 & 971 situated at Kaligiri Village, Kaligiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, basing upon the said application/representation dated 16.02.2023, an endorsement has been issued to the petitioner on 24.02.2023 explaining the circumstances for non-issuance of Pattadar Passbooks by the 4th respondent.

In view of the same, no further orders can be passed.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the endorsement given by the 4th respondent in accordance with law if so advised. o advised.
