MANMADHA RAO C.C.No.2671 of 2023 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for not implementing the orders of this Court dated 24.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.41769. of 2022.

Sri Dasari.S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri S.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Sri S.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents produced a copy of Compliance proceedings vide Lr.No.1642758/FIN01-FMU0MISC/77/2022-FMU-AC-CS-AH, dated 31.10.2023, issued by the Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department, stating that the respondents has paid the total eligible amounts as per the outcome of the verification to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have received the total amounts from the respondent authorities and no dues are pending to the petitioner.

In view of compliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.41769 of 2022, there is no cause of action survives in this Contempt.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ DR.
