KIRAN TIRUMALASETTI The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:2703/2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 13.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40170 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 13.12. ted 13.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40170 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed that the orders of this Court are complied with by the respondents.

Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
