1 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.
SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3134 of 2023 ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/ Accused No.1 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.81 of 2023 of Musunuru Police Station, Eluru District.

A case has been registered against the petitioner and another for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Brief facts of the case are that, on 19.03.2023 at 07.30 PM, the defacto complainant lodged a report alleging that on 11.03.2023, at 10.30 AM, the accused came for work in the field of complainant and when they were negligent in their work, when questioned by the defacto complainant, A1 and A2 bet the complainant with sticks and stones and thereby caused injuries and they also threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences.

Perused the record.

A perusal of material on the record and the wound certificate goes to show that, the injuries received by the defacto complainant are grievous in nature.
Hence this court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE K.
