The prayer sought by the Writ Petitioners is to declare the inaction of the Respondents in not acting on the Representation dated 28.03.2023 for granting installation of additional machinery i.e., horizontal 15 H.P and renewal of the Petitioners’ Sawmill as being illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice.

Having heard the submission of Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 28.03.2023 and pass a Speaking Order within four weeks from the date of receipt of this Order and convey a copy of the same to the Writ Petitioners forthwith.

The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this Order along with a photocopy of the Representation dated 28.03.2023 to the Competent Authority within one week from today.

With these observations, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
