The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, the 5th respondent is not considering the CFMS Transaction ID No.60200035942022, dated 15.03.2023 for mutation of her name in the Revenue Records with respect to the subject lands in an extent of Ac.1.34 cents in Sy.No.1158/1, Ac.0.18 cents in Sy.No.115/2, Ac.0.21 cents in Sy.No.1158/3, Ac.0.17 cents in Sy.No.1158/5 and Ac.1.26 cents in 2 Sy.No.1158/6 in the total extent of Ac.3.06 cents of Musapet village, Reyachoty Mandal, Annamayya District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was given D-Form patta for the subject land with certain terms and conditions on 25.02.2011.

Ever since, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same.

While so, for the purpose of mutation of her name in the Revenue Records she made an application through CFMS Transaction ID No.60200035942022, dated 15.03.2023.

But, the same is not considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that there is no application number for the said CFMS transaction.

Hence he may be permitted to make representation also to the 5th respondent under an acknowledgment so that the 5th respondent will be in a position to dispose of the same by following the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make an application to the 5th respondent enclosing the above said CFMS particulars for mutation of her name in the Revenue Records with respect to 3 the subject land by enclosing the necessary documents in support of her claim within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

On receipt of such application along with the necessary documents from the petitioner, the 5th respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner and upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits within a period of four (04) months thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
