Gundugolanu village, Bhimadole Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and others …Respondents ORAL JUDGMENT Dt:26.04.2023 (per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ) This writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the learned single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.9462 of 2023.

The order under challenge passed by the learned single Judge reads thus: 2 “Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Government pleader for Agriculture Cooperation.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed to grant the interim prayer as prayed in I.A.No.1 of 2O23.
Therefore, there shall be interim suspension of the proceedings issued in G.O.Rt.No.233 Agriculture & Cooperation (COO).II) Department dated 13.04.2023 in replacing the existing Committee (petitioner being the Chairperson) in respect of Sl.No.2 of Gundugolanu L.S.C.S., Bhimadole Mandal, Eluru District, for a period Of four (04) weeks." 3.
The order impugned being the interim order, we are not inclined to interfere with the same.
Therefore, the writ appeal is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.
No costs.
If the appellant so desires, he may move vacate stay petition before the learned single Judge.
