MANMADHA RAO C.C.No.2553 of 2023 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for not implementing the orders of this Court dated 06.12.2022 passed in W.P.No36789. of 2022.

Sri Dasari.S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri S.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Sri S.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents produced a copy of Compliance proceedings vide Lr.No.1642758/FIN01-FMU0MISC/77/2022-FMU-AC-CS-AH, dated 13.10.2023, issued by the Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department, stating that the respondents has paid the total eligible amounts as per the outcome of the verification to the petitioner.

The relevant para reads as follows: “I am directed to inform that in compliance of the orders of Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.36789 of 2022, the eligible amount of Rs.56,22,800/- has been paid to the petitioner from the SNA bank Accounts of SMAM 2 (Rs.18,38,800/-) and RKVY (37,84,000/-) on 13.07.2023 and 12.10.2023 respectively by the Commissioner of Agriculture, as per the outcome of verification.” 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have received the total amounts from the respondent authorities and no dues are pending to the petitioner.

In view of compliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.36789 of 2022, there is no cause of action survives in this Contempt.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ DR.
