Heard Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

It was brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to granting of interim orders by this Court dated 25.04.2023, the statues were already removed and there remains nothing for adjudication.
