HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.
10832 of 2023 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner’s representations dated 10.11.2022 submitted to the 2nd respondent and 16.11.2022 submitted to the 4th respondent, seeking to appoint him as Village Revenue Assistant to Manchalakatta Village, Gadivemula Mandal, Nandyal District.

In view of the nature of this prayer, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.
2 & 4 to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 10.11.2022 and 16.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that respondent Nos.
2 & 4 will consider the petitioner’s representations on merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
