GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not paying the bill amount of Rs.27,14,025/- to the petitioner for the work executed 2 under Agreement No.24/2020-2021 dated 11.11.2020 bearing Measurement Book Nos.7708/A, 7709/A for the work i.e., “Construction of Mandal Praja Parishad Office Building at Vajrapukotturu Village in V.

Kotturu Mandal of Srikakulam District”.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj relying upon the written instructions of the 5th respondent dated 03.05.2023 submits that the petitioner executed the work as detailed hereunder.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the bill amount of Rs.27,14,025/- to the petitioner by complying with all the formalities and by making necessary deductions, if any, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
