THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.10035 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:- “..to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the application dated 25/08/2022 despite of completion of more than 90 days is nothing but violation of fundamental rights of person guaranteed under the Constitution of India and is contrary to Section 54 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and senior citizens Act 2007 Act 56 of 2007 as illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondents to dispose of the application dated 25/08/2022 expeditiously in accordance with law and pass… ”.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have considered and disposed the petitioner’s claim application and hence nothing survives in this writ petition.

2 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
