HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.2456 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14348 of 2021.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished proceedings dated 21.06.2023 complying the orders dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14348 of 2021.
Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner did not oppose the same.
In view of the submissions made and in view of the proceedings dated 21.06.2023, the Contempt Case is closed.
No order as to costs.
