2424 of 2023 JUDGMENT: Smt.

Nischala Reddy, learned GP for Finance, submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied and the payment has been made to the petitioner, which was admitted by the petitioner’s counsel.
Recording the same, an order was passed on 12.07.2023, directing the 2nd respondent to file affidavit explaining as to why the order was not complied within the time.

The 2nd respondent has filed an additional affidavit dated 21.07.2023, explaining the reasons and also tendering unconditional apology for the delay in implementation of the writ court order.

Considering the same, as also the compliance, this Court finds that there is no need to proceed further in the contempt matter.

The Contempt Case is closed.
Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
