HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1099 of 2023 ORDER: Heard Sri K.Harinarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel has filed a memo issued by the postal department showing that the letter dated 02.05.2023 addressed to the 1st respondent has been served on 03.05.2023.
None appears for the 1st respondent.

In view of the orders passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1045 of 2023 and as the cases are similar including the auction, this Court is of the opinion, that no further orders are warranted as only the decree holder is different.

Therefore, for the very same reasons that are mentioned in C.R.P.No.1045 of 2023 which is dismissed, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.

Office is always directed to attach a copy of the order in C.R.P.No.1045 of 2023 to this Civil Revision Petition.
