The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, the petitioner’s F-line application dated 23.02.2023 for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries in Survey No.45 for an extent of Acres 13.53 cents situated in Annasamudram Village, Vinukonda Mandal, Palnadu District has not been considered so far by the 4th respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the subject land in 2 Survey No.45 for an extent of Acres 13.53 cents of the said village.

The Form-1B (ROR) dated 03.12.2018 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land.

The petitioner was also given pattadar passbook in Patta No.7 for the subject land in an extent of Acres 13.53 cents in Survey No.45 of the said village.

While so, when the petitioner made F-line application to conduct survey and fixation of boundaries for the subject land, the 4th respondent has not considered the same.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that, the application of the petitioner dated 23.02.2023 will be considered by following the due procedure by the 4th respondent.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the F- line application of the petitioner bearing No.FSNV012300072529 dated 23.02. ted 23.02.2023 as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order, upon hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner and 3 upon verification of the records and the subject land, the appropriate decision shall be taken on it’s own merits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
