SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.2972 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner/A-1, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.11 of 2023 of Special Enforcement Bureau Station, Piduguralla, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 7B read with 8B of the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition Act, 1995.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequent to filing of the present Criminal Petition, the petitioner herein was arrested by the police, hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
