SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.2928 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners/A4 and A5, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.25 of 2023 of Maharanipeta Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’).

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded.
