HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO AND HON’BLE SMT JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA Writ Petition No.10097 of 2023 ORDER: (Per UDPR, J) Sri S.V.S.S.Siva Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after filing of the writ petition seeking prayer of Habeas Corpus, the concerned police have released all the four detenues and therefore, no further orders are required in the writ petition and the writ petition may be dismissed.
In view of the above submission of learned for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
