HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.
10237 of 2023 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner’s representation dated 04.04.2023 submitted to the 4th respondent seeking promotion to the post of Junior Assistant, duly considering his seniority and eligibility.

In view of the nature of this prayer, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 04.04.2023, duly considering his seniority and eligibility and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioner’s representation on merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
