Both the learned counsel while admitting that the subject matter in the writ petition is covered by the order dated 14.03.2023 in WP.No.5937 of 2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, requested to dispose of the present writ petition in similar lines.

In view of the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: (a) Respondent No.1 shall dispose of the representation dated 23.03.2023 of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (b) If the petitioner desires for a hearing and/or to file documents etc., he should be permitted to do so.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
