HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.2335 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 14.03.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2023 in W.P.No.6177 of 2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have challenged the orders passed by this Court by W.A.No.1033 of 2022 and the Division Bench of this Court allowed the Writ Appeal and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed.
No costs.
