THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.9551 of 2023 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relief against the respondents 3 and 4 in not admitting and allowing the petitioner as ASHA even though the petitioner was selected and approved by the 3rd respondent vide Rc.No.Spl/PO(DTT)/VZM/2022, dated 21.01.2023 and consequently prayed a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to admit the petitioner as ASHA.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted written instructions, dated 19.04.2023 of the District Medical and Health Officer, Vizianagaram wherein it was stated that the petitioner was admitted for duty on 19.04.2023 as ASHA at Latchayarayapuram (Vill), PHC Burada, Vizianagaram District.
In view of the said written instructions, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and requested to close the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
