JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI WRIT PETITION No.9677 OF 2023 ORDER: This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the writ petitioner seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.3 police on the petitioner’s complaint dt.27.02.2021 in F.I.R.

No.76 of 2021, as illegal, arbitrary, biased, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice, and inaction of the respondent No.3 police on the complaint dt.27.02.2021 in F.I.R.

No.76 of 2021, as illegal, arbitrary, biased, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice, and consequently, direct the respondent No.3 police authorities to investigate into the F.I.R.

No.76 of 2021 and file final report in the matter and pass such other order or orders…” 2.

Prasad Babu, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, has submitted that in Crime No.76 of 2021, the Station House Officer, Pedapadu Police Station, Eluru District, - 2 - WP_9677_2023 BSB, J laid charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class – cum-Special Mobile Court, Eluru, on 24.04.2023.

In view of the substantial compliance of the relief sought for in the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
