THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K SRINIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.7399 of 2023 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in directing the petitioner not to construct the house in the land in an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in plot No.201 in Sy.No.967 of Madakalavaripalli Village fields, Gopavaram Mandal, Y.S.R District and consequently direct respondent No.4 not to interfere with the construction activity being carried out by the petitioner in the said land.
2) It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, that the police are not interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner herein.
3) In view of the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no orders are necessary in the matter.
4) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
No costs.
