Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that the 4th respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioners from their house site to an extent of Ac.0.01 ¼ cents each situated in Sy.No.7/2B, 7/3 and 7/4 of Kesavaram Village, Mandapeta Mandal, Dr.B.R.A.
Konaseema District without following the due procedure.

The leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were individually given D-Form Patta in February, 2019 for an extent of Ac.0.01 ¼ cents each situated in Sy.No.7/2B, 7/3 and 7/4 of Kesavaram Village, Mandapeta Mandal, Dr.B.R.A.
Konaseema District with certain terms and conditions.
Ever since, they have been in possession and enjoyment of the same, without any deviation from the terms and conditions of the said D-Form Patta.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners were given D-Form Pattas with certain terms and conditions for the said land in favour of the petitioners as shown in the D-Form Patta given for the individual benefit.
In case if the said land is required, the respondent authority will follow the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos. ndent Nos.3 and 4 are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners from the subject land covered under D-Form Pattas issued individually except by following the due process of law.
However, it does not preclude for the respondent authorities to recover/protect the subject land covered under D-Form Patttas strictly in accordance with law.
3 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ B.
