The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner’s representation dated 05.12.2022 for mutation of his name in the revenue records for issuance of Patatadar Passbooks in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.

3.26 cents in Sy.Nos.

1, 7, 8, 9, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 72, 73, 74 situated at Gujjanagivalasa village, Gurla Mandal, Vizianagaram District is rejected without considering the material available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner succeeded the suit in O.S.No.

4/1983 on the file of the Subordinate Judge Court, Vizianagaram dated 29.09.1988.

Aggrieved by the same, the 1st defendant therein preferred an appeal in A.S.No.

48 of 1991 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram and the same was dismissed on merits vide judgment dated 22.02.1994.

Consequently, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent dated 05.12.2022 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records for the subject land.

But the same was rejected without considering the material available on record.

Hence, the writ petition.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has to make an online application to the 3rd respondent and if so, the same would be considered by following the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make an online application for the above said relief to the 3rd respondent through the Village Secretariat concerned, for mutation of his name in the revenue records for the subject land by enclosing the necessary documents in support of his claim within a period 3 of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months thereafter, by considering all the material available on record for the subject property.

After hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner herein, appropriate orders shall be passed on it’s own merits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.

There shall be no order as to costs.
