Heard Sri Dhanunjaya Baru, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to demarcate the petitioner’s land and insisting the petitioner to vacate from the land in an extent of Ac.2.00 Cents in Sy.No.309-4 which is bounded by East: Chejerla Venkataiah, S/o Ramanaiah Sy.No.309 (High tension Pole), West: Chejarla Ramanaiah, S/o Rosaiah, Sy.No.310, North:(Kunta), Nallipogu Rosaiah, S/o Seshaiah, Sy.No.308, South: Vaddipalli Pencalaiah, S/o Chinna 5 Penchalaiah Varapu Karraiah of Naginenigunta Revenue Village, Marripadu Mandal of S.P.S.R.

Respondent No.4 filed counter-affidavit and stated that the respondents are not trying to dispossess the petitioner and not insisting the petitioner to vacate from the land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.309-4 of Naginenigunta Village, Marripadu Mandal of S.P.S.R.

In view of the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due process of law, if at all they intend to conduct survey.

There shall be no order as to costs.
