The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Revision petition dated 07.02.2023 for correction of revenue records with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.00 Cents out of the total extent of Ac.3.7700 cents in the Survey No.258 situated in the Chinnahulthi Village, Pattikonda Mandal of Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh has not been disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the Pattadar Adangal dated 15.02.2022 it is reflected as house site for an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in survey No.258 of Chinnahulthi Village, Pattikonda Mandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, which according to the petitioner is an erroneous one.

He further submits that the petitioner purchased the subject 2 property to an extent of Ac.3.7700 cents in Survey No.258 of the said village under the registered sale deed dated 18.06.1974 and ever since the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same.

While so, specifically the petitioner observed the erroneous entry of the Adangal dated 15.02.2022 as stated above.

Hence, the petitioner gave representation to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 on 07.02.2023 to carry out the correction by removing the word “House Site” with respect to the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in survey No.258 of the said village showing the name of the petitioner as per the said sale deed.

But the same is not considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner has to make an online application through the Village Secretariat concerned for correction of the entries of the revenue records with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Survey No.258 of the said village under the classification of “House Site” by removing the name.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make an application to carryout necessary corrections with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in survey No.258 of Chinnahulthi Village, Pattikonda Mandal of Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh through online from the Village Secretariat concerned within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and the respondent No.4 concerned shall dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months 3 thereafter by hearing all the parties concerned and upon verification of the records with respect to the subject land.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.

Interim orders, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
