B V APARNA LAKSHMI The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO: 8847/2023 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…..pleased to issue, writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in orally directing the petitioner not to attend the duty as Filed Assistant, Porumamilla Grama Panchayat of Porumamilla Mandal, without assigning any reason or passing any order and without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner for attend his duty as the Filed Assistant, Porumamilla Grama Panchayat o anchayat of Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa District and to pass…..” 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

This Court vide order dated 12.04.2023, granted interim direction, wherein, the relevant portion is usefully extracted hereunder: “Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service as Field Assistant, Porumamilla Gram Panchayat of Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R.

Kadapa District.” 5 4.

As the respondents have not obeyed the order of this Court, the writ petitioner herein filed C.C.No.243 of 2024.

After filing the said contempt case, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and reappointed the petitioner as Field Assistant, Porumamilla Gram Panchayat, Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R.

Kadapa District vide proceedings bearing Rc.No.811/HR/FA/BDL/2024, dated 21.02.2025.

In view of the same, the C.C.No.243 of 2024 is closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that pending Writ Petition, the grievance/claim of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents.

Hence, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.
