The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 8 in not taking any action against setting up and running of the Poultry Farm and Chicken Shop by the 9th respondent in between the petitioners’ houses and causing pollution in the residential area, 2 despite the petitioners’ representations/complaints as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 8 to take action against the Poultry Farm and Chicken Shop being run by the 9th respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent Nos.6 and 7, at the time of considering the matter, submitted that pursuant to the complaints made by the petitioners, the 6th respondent initiated action and issued a notice calling upon the 9th respondent to shift Poultry Farm and Chicken Shop from the residential area and the 9th respondent sought some time for vacating/shifting the same.
While placing a copy of the communication dated 20.3.2023 received from the 6th respondent for perusal of this Court, learned Standing Counsel further submits that the Chicken Shop was shifted from the residential area and in such circumstances no further directions need be issued, as prayed for by the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made and perusing the communication dated 20.3.2023, the writ petition is closed. is closed.
The petitioners are at liberty to seek recourse to 3 Law in the event any cause of action arises, in this regard, in future.
There shall be no order as to costs.
