2 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue, an order or direction, in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the actions of the respondents in unilaterally cancelling Tender No.23/O andM/2022-23 floated for the Operation and Maintenance of Neelakantapuram Srirami Reddy Drinking Water Supply Project for the supply of water to 331 habitations in Madakasira Constituency for the year 2022-23 and floating a fresh tender No.384/2022-23 dated 26.12.2022 as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to proceed with tender No.384/2022-23 dated 26.12.2022 floated for the Operation and Maintenance of Neelakantapuram Srirami Reddy Drinking Water Supply Project for the supply of water to 331 habitations in Madakasira Constituency for the year 2022-23 and permit the petitioner to continue the works under the project and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court High Court may be pleased pleased to stay all further proceedings with respect to tender No.384/2022-23 dated 26.12.2022 floated for the Operation and Maintenance of Neelakantapuram Srirami Reddy Drinking Water Supply Project for the supply of water to 331 habitations in Madakasira Constituency for the year 2022-23 pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to vacate the Interim order dated 06.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.676 of 2023 3 and dismiss the Writ Petition in the interest of the justice and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
