THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.1402 of 2023 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order in I.A.No.1 of 2022, dated 06.01.2023 in W.P.No.40581 of 2022.

It represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the writ petition in W.P.No.40581 of 2022 itself has been disposed of by order dated 06.07.2023 of this Court as the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ proceedings further.

In view of the same, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
No order as to costs.
