477 OF 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “....to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioners representation dated 05.12.2022 requesting to permit him to write the APPSC Group-I exam with the assistance of scribe/ helper which will be held on 08012023 as illegal arbitrary and violations of principles of natural justice consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the Group-I examination with the assistance of scribe/helper and pass....” 2.

Questioning the in action on the part of Respondent No.3 in considering the petitioners’ representation, dated 05.12.2022 seeking permission to write the APPSC Group-I exam, with the assistance of a scribe/helper, which is scheduled to be held on 08.01.2023, the present Writ Petition is filed .

When the matter is taken up for Admission, Sri N.

Pramod, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.

2 and 3 has pointed out that the Hall Ticket permitting to the petitioner was already been issued permitting the petitioner to write the exam with the help of a scribe/helper and a condition was stipulated in the Hall Ticket to comply the guideline No.22.

In that view of the matter, as the Hall Ticket was already issued to the petitioner to write exam with the help of a scribe/helper this Court is of the view that cause in this Writ Petition does not survive and therefore, no order need to be passed in this Writ Petition.
