THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION.NO.3686 OF 2023 ORDER:- This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:- “to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.112, F&P dt.23.7.1997 from the date of completion of 10 years is illegal, arbitrary and voilative of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of 10 years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.112, F&P, dt.23.7.1997 with all attendant benefits and to pass such other orders ...” Heard Sri B.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-IV appearing for respondent Nos.

1 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondent No.2 and Sri P.C.Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4. perused the material papers on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation of his services, in the light of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of A.Manjula Bhasini and Others v.

Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Women’s Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited and another1 and G.O.Ms.No.112, F&P, dated 23.07.1997, by stipulating the time period.

The learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the above submission.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation of his services, in the light of the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of A.Manjula Bhasini and Others v.

Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Women’s Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited and another cited supra and G.O.Ms.No.

G.O.Ms.No.112, F&P, dated 23.07.1997, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
