SESHA SAI AND THE HON’BLE SMT JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION No.8309 of 2023 ORDER:- (per A.V.

Sesha Sai, J) When the matter is taken up it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5937 of 2023 dated 14-03-2023.

A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as a material paper.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof with the following directions. a) The petitioner is allowed to operate the bank account with State Bank of India, Ramachandrapuram branch for the purpose of business.

However, he shall always ensure that the minimum balance of Rs.2,06,77,724/- is constantly maintained till the final order is passed on the representation dated 23-03-2023 by respondent No.1.

2 b) Respondent No.1 shall dispose of the representation dated 23-03-2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. c) If the petitioner desires for a hearing and/or to file documents etc., he should be permitted to do so.

In view of the above, garnishee order served on Civil Supplies Corporation on 01-03-2023, garnishee order served on State Bank of India, Ramachandrapuram on 17-03-2023 and garnishee order served on third party on 27-03-2023 shall remain suspended.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.
