THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.1550 of 2023 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 28.09.2022 in W.P.No.28604 of 2022.

During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court is complied with and the payments are made to the petitioner as directed by this Court.
He also placed a copy of proof of payment, dated 16.12.2025, to that effect and the same is taken on record.

Submission is placed on record.

In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
No order as to costs.
