The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, the 3rd respondent has not so far acted upon the Form-6A application filed by the petitioner dated 28.05.2022 with respect to the subject land in an extent of Acers 6.39 cents in Survey Nos.71, 72A and 168 of Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Acers 6.39 cents in Survey Nos.71, 72A and 168 situated at Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District.

By way of succession, the petitioner acquired the said property and she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same.

She made an application bearing No.RMU01208837654 dated 28.05.2022 under Form-6A through online by paying requisite challan enclosing all the requisite documents to the 3rd respondent for mutation of her name in the revenue records for the subject lands to issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds.

But the 3rd respondent was not acted upon the same.

Even on 31.10.2022, she made another application vide RMU012106188611 to the 3rd respondent to mutate her name in the revenue records for the above said lands.

But no action is taken by the 3rd respondent.

Subsequently, she also approached the 3rd respondent on 14.07.2022, 04.08.2022, 16.11.2011, 24.01.2023 and 03.03. and 03.03.2023, still as there is no progress in the matter, she filed this writ petition.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that, the 3rd respondent would consider the application of the 3 petitioner dated 31.10.2022 and 28.05.2022 by following the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner bearing No.RMU01208837654 dated 28.05.2022 and RMU012106188611 dated 31.10.2022 respectively as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order.

The 3rd respondent, while disposing of the said applications, shall hear all the parties concerned including the petitioner and upon verification of the subject land, the appropriate decision shall be taken in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
