MANMADHA RAO Contempt Case No.679 of 2023 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed to summon and punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful, deliberate and disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 12.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.6953 of 2016. .

Sri T.Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Harinath, Deputy Solicitor General, has furnished a copy of the Office Order No:66/2023 dated 13.06.2023, of the CSC-cum- DIG Southern Railway, Chennai, where under the petitioner was appointed as Constable in Railway Protection Force in Pay Matrix Level-3 in 7th PC subject to medical fitness by Railway Doctor at RH/PER.
He submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and nothing survives in the Contempt Case.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner also represented that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 12.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.6953 of 2016.

Since the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, cause of action does not survive in this matter, and accordingly the Contempt Case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
