GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 524/2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in interfering with petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of land Ac.01-90 cents in survey No.305-1B, of Sanapa Revenue Village, Atmakur Mandal, Ananthapur District and insisting the petitioners to attend the police station to settle the Civil Disputes pending in OS NO.

1675 of 2022 on the file of the Junior Civil Judges court, Ananthapuramat the instance of the respondent Nos. ndent Nos.

5 and 6 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and fundamental rights guaranteed under Constitution of India consequently directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the parties and pass orders…” 2.

Heard Sri Siva Nagarjuna Sidhadapu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against her and threatening her to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry on the Spandana petition made by the petitioner.

But the petitioner did not turn up 4 for the same.

He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ Dr.
