HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE Nos.2011 & 2013 of 2023 COMMON ORDER: These contempt cases are filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 09.02.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.22720 of 2022 and the orders dated 14.02.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.3636 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the common order rendered by this Hon’ble Court in Writ Petition No.22719 of 2022 and W.P.No.411 of 2023 and batch, the Writ Petition Nos.22720 of 2022 and 3636 of 2023 were dismissed.

Hence, the present contempt cases which are filed for non-compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.22720 of 2022 and I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.3636 of 2023, becomes infructuous.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, these Contempt Cases are closed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
