THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.781 of 2023 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief; “….pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 3rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 to 6 in insisting petitioner to vacate from his agricultural landed property of Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.

343/2 of Ayyapparajugudem Revenue village in Lingapalem Mandal of Eluru District Erstwhile West Godavari District as illegal irregular, irrational, arbitrary without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioner possession over his said landed property nor interfere with his personal liberty and pass such other order or orders…” 2.

Heard both side and perused the record.

At the time of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that the police are not interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and that they are not calling the petitioner to the police station and so no direction need be issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same may be recorded and writ petition may be disposed of.

The representation of the learned Government Pleader that the police are not interfering with the state of affairs of the petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents and that the police are not calling the petitioner to the police station, is recorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.
