5 calling the Petitioner to the police station and interfering with the civil disputes of the schedule property Situated in Peddakarampalli village Panchayat of Mannuru village, Rajampet Sub district, Annamaiah District, threatening the Petitioner to allow the third parties to dump the mud in disputed property to him as illegal, arbitrary, without any authority of law and jurisdiction and violative of Articles 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.5 not to interfere with the Petitioner property or with his personal liberty.…” 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by way of counter, would submit that basing on the complaint of one Sri Palagiri Mallikarjuna Reddy, a case in Cr.No.54 of 2023 under Sections 341, 427 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioners.

Except for the purpose of investigation in the above crime, the police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioners.

No order as to costs.
