JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Revision Case No.161 of 2023 ORDER: This revision is preferred under Sections 397 & 401 CrPC aggrieved by the order, dated 16.02.2023, dismissing Crl.M.P.No.634 of 2022 in C.C.No.77 of 2016 on the file of the Court of III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chittoor, filed under Section 239 CrPC with a prayer to discharge the petitioner/A3.

Bhargav, learned counsel representing Mrs.
Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A3 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State.

In this matter, petition seeking discharge has been filed after framing of the charge.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the revision case with liberty to file an appropriate petition.

Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under law.
