JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Petition No.2281 of 2023 ORDER: 1.
No representation for the petitioner.

Yesterday i.e. on 03.04.2023 also, there was no representation for the petitioner.
The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor represented that the petitioner filed earlier similar petition vide Crl.P.
No.923 of 2023 which was dismissed by this Court on 17.03.2023.
He further submitted that the petitioner has taken a new ground that he has examination, but, the Principal of the College gave a letter stating that the petitioner has not attended for the 2nd and 3rd semesters and that the petitioner has not paid the examination fee for the 4th semester examinations commencing in April, 2023.

Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
